Tomato & basil pasta sauce Ⓥ

Ingredients:
- 400g cherry tomato
- 2-3 onions dependent on size
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4dl pureed tomatoes
- ca ½ tbsp. herbal salt
- ca ½ tbsp. black pepper
- 1 bundle basil
- Olive oil
How to make it:
Finely shop the onions and put in a pan with olive oil, keep on low heat until the onions are soft, then add the garlic. Chop the cherry tomatoes in quarters and add the tomatoes and rise the heat to medium until the tomatoes starts to become soft. Add the pureed tomatoes, herbal salt and pepper. Let putter on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Taste and if necessary add more spices. Take the pan off the heat, chop the basil and add it.
Serve with quinoa-, lentils- or bean-pasta.
Add a little bit of fresh pepper and basil on top.
