Ingredients:
- 1 kilo ground beef 10% (can be replaced with soya mince)
- 500g grated carrots
- 2-3 onions dependent on size
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 500-600g passed tomatoes
- 2-3 cubes meat fund
- 1 squeeze of lemon
- Black pepper, white pepper
- Olive oil
How to make it:
Chop the onions finely, put in a pan with some olive oil and put on low het until the onion starts to go soft but has no color. Add the grounded beef, the garlic (pressed or finely grated) and season with pepper. Put on medium heat until the almost all the beef is cocked. Add the tomatoes, the fund and a squeeze of lemon. Let boil on low heat for about 20 minutes for all the flavors to come through. Taste and if necessary season more. Perfect for freezing, therefor we ALWAYS make a big batch and always have it ready in to heat up.
Serve with wholegrain pasta, veggi pasta or rice.
