Strawberry leather.
Ingredients:
- 200g strawberries (either fresh or frozen)
How to make it:
Thaw the strawberries if frozen. Blend the strawberries completely smooth with a blender and then pour onto a baking sheet, preferably use a non-stick option or spray with a neutral oil to make it release easily when ready. Place in the oven at 80 degrees for approximately 2-3 hours depending on the oven. Check continuously and, if necessary, feel that it is completely dry. When the entire surface is completely dry, it is ready, do not leave longer than necessary, then it will be dry.
