Ingredients:
- 2 dl cooked rice
- 200g mix of veggies, like carrots, onions and white cabbage
- 2 eggs
- 1 clove of garlic
- Soy sauce & Sambal oelek to taste
- Add some kind of protein if you like
How to make it:
Boil the rice (or use ready-to-go rice). Chop of your choice of of veggies, I often use carrots, onions and white cabbage but I will use anything I have at home! Add the veggies to the pan with some olive oil and garlic, fry until the veggies get a little bit soft. Add the cooked rice to the pan, add soy sauce and sambal oelek, and protein of choice. Then add the eggs stirr and cook until the eggs are done.
