Spicy salmon bowl.
4 portions - 412 kcal per portion
30g protein, 18g fats, 33g carbs
Ingredients:
- Lax (125g per portion)
- 1dl Gochujang
- 1dl ketchup unsweetened
- 1,5 tbsp mirin
- 1,5 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Japanese soy
- 0,5 tbsp fishsauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 spice measure garlic powder
- 1 spice measure white peppar
- 3-4 tbsp panko
How to make it:
Cook all the above ingredients together (except salmon, panko and flaky salt) until it becomes a sticky sauce, about 15 minutes on low/medium heat. Stir regularly to avoid burning. Dry the salmon pieces with paper, top with the sauce and then with panko and a little flake salt. Set in the oven or airfryer at 200 degrees for about 12 minutes. Can also be cooked in the oven on 220 degrees for about 12 minutes.
Serve with rice, vegetables and maybe top with my simple avocado mayo, some green onions and sesame seeds.
