Spicy chicken bowl.
4 portions – 410 kcal per portion
36g protein, 25g fats, 10g carbs
Ingredients:
- 600g chicken filet
- 400-600g veggies of your choice
- 1 dl chili oil
- 5 tbsp soya al á Japan
- 2 tbsp black rice vinegar
- - or balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
How to make it:
Boil the chicken for 10-15 minutes and make sure that the inner temperature is 70 degrees (or make sure that the chicken is completely cooked). Let the chicken cool down (you can place it in cold water to speed up the process). Pound the chicken and then pull it apart with your hands or using two forks. Chop the veggie. Mix the spicy sauce of chili oil, soya, rice vinegar and sugar. Serve with rice. Put the rice, chicken and the chopped vegetables in a bowl, pour over the sauce and top with some green onion.
