Simple & delicious tomato soup.
4 portions – 100 kcal per portion.

Ingredients:
- 1kg tomatoes, I mix between “normal big ones” and cocktail tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 whole garlic
- Olive oil
- Chili flakes
- Black pepper
- Herbal salt
How to make it:
Put the oven on 200 degrees. Rinse and place all the tomatoes in an oven form, do a cut in the big tomatoes. Chop the onion into quarters, take the top of the garlic and place all in the oven form. Drizzle with olive oil, add chili flakes, black pepper and some salt and place in the oven for about 30-40 minutes. Move the tomatoes and garlic to a pot, press the roasted garlic and add all the liquid from the oven form and mix everything smooth. Maybe add some water to get the right consistency and more spices if needed.
Serve with some crème fresh and maybe a grilled cheese (vegan if preferred).
