Oatmeal with rhubarb compott.

Ingredients:
- 1,5 dl fiber oatmeal
- 3 dl of water
- 1 dl oat milk
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein
- 1 cream vanilla
- Pinch of sea salt
- Rhubarb approx. 150g (approx. 2dl chopped)
- 1 teaspoon honey
How to make it:
Cook the oatmeal with water, vanilla and salt, when it's almost done mix in protein and oat milk. Let that simmer until the oatmeal gets the desired consistency. Chop the rhubarb and add to a small pan, add in the honey and put on high heat will stirring continuously until it has a completely dissolved. Then add to a bowl or jar of choice and top with some more oat milk.
