Rhubarb and peaches with high protein vanilla sauce

Rhubarb and peaches with high protein vanilla sauce. 

2 portions, 321 kcal per portion 

50g carbs, 16g protein, 5g fats 

Ingredienser: 

  • 200g rhubarb 
  • 2 peaches 
  • 1 tbsp honey 
  • 1 dl oats 
  • 2dl oat yoghurt 
  • 1dl vanilla protein 
  • Vanilla powder, cardamom, salt 

How to make it: 

Chop the rhubarb and peaches and add to a pan, drizzle over about 1/2 tbsp honey and let simmer until the fruits starts to get soft. To another pan, add oats, vanilla powder, cardamom, salt and 1/2 tbsp honey. Put on medium heat and give the oats some colour. Mix together the protein with the oat yoghurt and some extra vanilla powder to create the high-protein vanilla sauce. Layer everything in a bowl and enjoy!
