Protein Yogurt Parfait

 39g protein, 41g carbs, 15g fats 

Ingredients: 

  • 2dl greek yoghurt 0%,
  • 1/2 dl vanilla protein 
  • Pinch of vanilla 
  • ca 1,5 dl homemade granola 
  • 1,5 dl mixed berries 

How to make it: 

Mix together greek yoghurt with vanilla protein and a pinch of vanilla. Then simply layer protein yoghurt, homemade granola and mixed berries in a bowl or jar.
