Ingredients:
- 3dl greek yoghurt 0% fat, 10% protein
- alt. 3dl greek yoghurt 10% fat
- 1dl vanilla protein powder
- Some vanilla
- 1-2dl dried or fresh fruit
How to make it:
Mix together yoghurt, protein powder and vanilla. Spread everything out on a tray lined with a baking sheet. Top with your berries, I use dry freezed strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. You can use dried or fresh ones, but I personally think that freeze dried ones gets the best consistency when frozen.
