Peanut butter overnight oats topped with raspberries

Peanut butter overnight oats topped with raspberries.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 dl Greek yogurt 6%
  • 1.5 dl oat milk
  • 1.5 dl fiber-rich oatmeal
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter 
  • 1 tsp honey 
  • Pinch of sea salt 
  • Raspberries (optional) 

How to make it:

Mix all the ingredients together in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight. Then top with whatever you enjoy, I used some more yoghurt, peanut butter, raspberries, chia seeds and a drizzle of honey. YUM!
