  • Banana 1/2 
  • Peanut butter 2tbsp 
  • Oats 1dl 
  • Vanilla protein powder 1 scoop 
  • Greek yoghurt 1,5dl 
  • Oat milk 1dl 
  • Drizzle of honey 
  • Creatine & collagen (optional) 

How to make it: 

Simply put all the ingredients into a mixer then enjoy!
