Pancake muffins.
12 muffins – 94 kcal per muffin.
2 g protein, 18g carbs, 2g fats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2dl flour
- 4dl oatmilk
- 3 eggs
- non-sticky muffins tin
How to make it:
Mix baking powder, salt, vanilla and flour together in a bowl. Add in halv the milk and mix together until smooth. Blend in the remaning milk and then one egg at the time and mix thoroughly. Pour the batter into the muffins tin and put in the middle of the oven on 220 degrees for about 20 minutes. Let cool down and serve with your choice of topping.
I often use quark, berries and sometimes peanutbutter for breakfast but as a snack or dessert I use protein-white-chocolate-spread.
