Overnight oatmeal

Overnight oatmeal. 

When I do overnight oats I always makes two portions at the same time, so I know that I always have it ready incase I want if before/after a workout or as a snack! Or maybe it will be for both you and your partner/friend or family member. If doing it for children, just skip the protein powder.

2 portions – 380 kcal per portion

35g protein, 35g carbs, 10g fat

if using natural 0,2% kvarg & natural protein powder

Ingredients: 

  • 2dl oats
  • 1dl quark
  • 1dl greek yoghurt 10%
  • 2dl oat milk
  • 1 scoop protein

How to make it:

Mix all the ingredients together in a airtight container, store in the fridge over night and its done! If you want to use frozen fruits or berries then you can mix it in the night before and if you are using fresh ones you can just top it before you eat. You can also add seeds, nuts or nutbutter. Use anything you like! You could also use flavored quark & protein powder, but check so that it dosen’t contain to much sugar.
