Mango energy bites.
total 753 kcal, 20 pieces = 40 kcal per piece
158g carbs, 10g protein, 5g fats, 20g fibers.
Ingredients:
- 100g dates
- 65g dried mango
- 1,5dl oats
- 2 passion fruits (or frozen cubes)
- Splash of lime
How to make it:
Put the mango in a bowl and pour over boiling water and let soften during about 5 minutes, the pour out the water. Place all ingredients in a mixer and mix until smooth and combined. Add more oats if too soft but it will be a little bit sticky. Use wet hands to make into 15-20 balls. Put in the fridge for at least 1 hour then enjoy!
I always make double the recipe so that I have a ready snack. You can keep these in the fridge for 1-2 weeks in an airtight container but I bet they will not last that long!
