Ginger-marinated red cabbage.
4-6 portions – 30 kcal per portion
1g protein, 5g carbs, 0,2g fats
Ingredients:
- Red cabbage
- 1 piece of ginger, about the size of a thumb
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- ca ½ tbsp. vinegar 12%
- pinch of salt
How to make it:
Chop the red cabbage in fine strips, press or finely grate the garlic and ginger. Mix all the ingredients together and press the flavor into the cabbage. Let stand in the fridge for at least t3 hours in an airtight container.
