Garlic shrimp noodles.

Ingredients:
- 200 g egg noodles (uncooked weight)
- 300g prawns (frozen or in batches)
- 2 dl Edamame (without skin)
- 4 dl grated white cabbage
- 1 green onion
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 pkt Santa Maria dark soy and garlic sauce
How to make it:
Chop or press 2-3 cloves of garlic and add to a pan with the olive oil, put on low heat and let the garlic flavour the oil (preferably for 10-20min). Mean while chop the cabbage and add to another pan with 1 clove of garlic 1/2 tbsp soya sauce and sesame oil, fry to give it some colour. Cook the noodles according to the package and then rinse under cool water. Add the prawns to the garlic oil and fry on low to medium heat to give them some colour but avoid burning the garlic. Mix in the cabbage, chopped spring onion and edamame with the noodles, add the dark soy and garlic sauce and the rest of the soya sauce and mix i all together. Topp with the garlic shrimps, some more spring onion and sesame seeds.
