Garlic Chicken Noodles

Ingredients:
- 250g egg noodles (uncooked)
- 500g chicken mince
- 2dl shredded white cabbage
- 1 spring onion
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesam oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesam seeds
- Santa Maria Dark soy and Garlic cocking sauce
How to make it:
Put soya sauce, rice vinegar, sesam oil, grated ginger, and pressed garlic into a pan and let simmer on low heat. Add the chicken mince and fry until cocked. Then add white cabbage and spring onion to the pan and cock for another 5 minutes until the cabbage starts to go soft. Cock you noodles according to package then rinse under cold water. Put the noodles in a bowl, add the chicken mince and pour over the cocking sauce. Top with spring onion, some more sesam seeds and maybe my sesam mayo.
Perfect for mealprepp since it no need to heat it up, you can just eat it right out of the box (if you like that sort of thing).
