Favorite kale salad Ⓥ

Ingredients:
- 400g kale and other leafy greens
- 2dl of corn
- 1-2dl pickled red onions
- 2dl asparagus or similar (optional)
- 1dl vegan mayo
- Sriracha
- 1/2 fresh chili
- Pepper & salt
How to make it:
Mix mayo with Sriracha, finely chopped fresh chili, pepper and salt. Cook the asparagus and let it cool down. Chop kale and other leafy greens in a good size and rinse thoroughly. Then put all the greens, asparagus, corn and pickled onions in a big bowl, add the dressing and mix.
Pairs perfectly with grilled chicken or oven-baked salmon
