Chicken & spinach lasagna

Chicken & spinach lasagna.

38g protein, 30g carbs, 15g fat

Ingredients:  

  • 1 kilo of chicken or turkey meat
  • 2 yellow onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4dl puréed tomatoes
  • 4dl cooking cream (low fat%)
  • 250g grated Mozzarella
  • Lasagne plates about 250g
  • 3-4 tbsp chicken broth
  • Black & white pepper

How to make it:

Chop the onion and place in a pan with some olive oil, fry on low heat until soft. Add the chicken (or turkey), garlic and some pepper and fry until it’s completely cooked. Then add the puréed tomatoes, chicken broth and more pepper. Add the cocking cream and the spinach, let simmer for about 10 minutes. Taste and add more spices if needed. Put the oven on 200 degrees or whatever it says on the box of the lasagna plates. Layer the lasagna with some sauce in the bottom and then pasta, chicken, mozzarella, pasta, chicken, mozzarella and so on.. Put in the oven and then enjoy!!

This lasagna is perfect to make a big pan, freeze and then just heat up whenever!
