Blueberry smoothie bowl with banana & homemade granola.
1 portioner - ca 500-600 kcal per portion
51g protein, 58g carbs, 15g fat
Ingredients:
- 1,5 dl Greek yoghurt 0,2%
- 1/2 dl frozen avocado
- 1/2 dl frozen spinach
- 1 dl frozen blueberries (+ 1/2dl for topping)
- 1/2 banana (+ 1/2 for topping)
- 1 scoop protein unflavoured
- Granola for topping
How to make it:
Mix it all together and pour into a beautiful bowl, top with banana, more blueberries and homemade granola.
