Ingredients:
- 1.5 dl Greek yogurt 6%
- 1.5 dl oat milk
- 1.5 dl fiber-rich oatmeal
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 dl frozen blueberries (thawed)
- Cardamom
How to make it:
Mix all the ingredients together in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight. Then top with more blueberries, possibly more yogurt and some chia seeds.
