Banana bread.
1 loaf (12 pieces) – 116 kcal per piece.
5g protein, 20g carbs, 2g fat
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe bananas (one for topping)
- 3 eggs
- 2dl wholegrain flour (or other kind of preferred flour)
- 1dl oats
- 1,5 tbsp. baking powder
How to make it:
Put the oven on 180 degrees. Put 3 of the bananas in a bowl together with the eggs, flour, oats and baking powder. Use a mixer to make in into a smooth batter and pour into an oven safe, preferably non-sticky form. Split the last banana in half and place on top. Place it in the middle of the oven for 25-35 min. Let it cool down for 5min and enjoy!
