Ingredients:
- Avocado 1 whole
- Chickpeas 1 tetra pack (230g)
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1-2 cloves
- Coriander (or thyme)
- Cummin
- Currykrydda (optional)
- Salt and pepper
How to make it:
Rinse the chickpeas and add to mixer, then add in all the other ingrediens. Mix it together until smooth. Taste and see if more spices and lemon juice is needed. It's that simple! Its perfect as a sauce for chicken or dipp for veggies.
