Asian meatballs

Asian meatballs. 

4 portions - 510 kcal per person 

55g protein, 20g carbs, 24g fat 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 kilo chicken mince 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 2 spring onions 
  • 1,5 dl panko  
  • 3 cloves of garlic 
  • 3 tbsp grated ginger 
  • 1/2 dl Japanese soya sauce 
  • 1 spice measure white pepper 

For the glaze: 

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil 
  • 3 tbsp soya sauce 
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar 
  • 1 tbsp mirin 
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger 

How to make it: 

Chop up the spring onions and mix together all the ingredients for the meatballs. Then use moist hands to form balls to the size of your liking. Put in the oven on 200 degres for about 15 minutes. During that time you add the ingredients for the glaze to a pan and put on low/medium heat. Let it simmer and become sticky. When the meatballs has gotten some colour, take them out of the oven and place into the pan and roll around and cover them in the sticky sauce. Serve with rice or noodles and your choice of veggies.
