Ingredienser:
- 500g chicken mince
- 3dl chopped white cabbage
- 4 spring onions chopped
- 3 tbsp grated ginger
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 tbsp Japanese soya
- 1,5 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1,5 tsp fishsauce
- 0,5 tbsp chicken broth
Sauce ingredients:
- 0,5dl Japanese soya
- 0,5dl rice-vinegar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 0,5 tbsp sesame oil
- Black sesam seeds & gochugaru (korean chiliflakes)
How to make it:
Fry up the chicken mince, add in the white cabbage and then all the spices and sauces and let simmer on a low heat for about 10-15 minutes. During the time you can mix the ingredients for the sauce and boil som rice. When the cabbage has become soft its time to enjoy this delicious bowl! Topp with other veggies of your choice.
