Apple protein cloud pancakes

Apple protein cloud pancakes. 

3 portions - 400 kcal per portion 

23g protein, 42g carbs, 16g fats  

Ingredients: 

  • 4 egg (separate white and yolks)
  • 1dl vanilla protein 
  • 1,5dl oat milk 
  • 2dl flour 
  • 1 apple 
  • 1,5 tbsp baking powder 
  • 1 spice measure cinnamon 
  • 1 spice measure cardamom
  • 1/2 spice measure vanilla powder 
  • pinch of salt 
  • butter to fry in 

How to make it: 

Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks, and mix the egg whites until firm peaks. In a new bowl, mix together the egg yolks with oat milk, the protein and spices. Add in flour and baking powder. Grate tre apple and press out any liquid, then add to the mixture. Then gently fold together with the egg whites. Fry on low to medium heat and serve with your choice of topping. I topped with cinnamon fried apples, a simple syrup and some blueberries.
