Apple-pie date-bites.
About 20 pieces - 50 kcal per piece
1g protein, 3g fats, 6g carbs
Ingredients:
- 1dl whole grain oats
- 1dl hazelnuts (+ some for topping)
- 100g soaked dates
- 1 grated apple
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2tsp vanilla powder
How to make it:
Let the dates soak in warm water for about 15-20minutes, then drain. Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix. Let the paste stand in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, chop up some more hazelnuts for topping. Roll about 20 balls and cover them in chopped hazelnuts. One of these are about 30 kcal, they are full of healthy energy. Store in the fridge and enjoy when you need some energy.
